Ordering in Canada
Patients located in Canada: The cost of the Autoimmune Brain Panel™ is $1070 USD in those regions in which overnight delivery to our facility is available. Regions requiring more than a one-day transit time may require special packaging and shipping arrangements and may incur additional fees.
Orders must be prepaid prior to shipment of specimen collection supplies. Please contact our office at 1-405-239-5250, option 1, to make your payment and shipping arrangements.
Canadian practitioners can order the Autoimmune Brain Panel™ by placing an order in our Prescriber Portal or by faxing a requisition to +1 405-239-5255.

Other International Regions
Patients located in other international regions: The cost of the Autoimmune Brain Panel™ is $1070 USD plus the cost of shipping the required tubes, customs fees, taxes, or VAT fees. Costs for return shipment of specimens is not included in the cost of the test and is the responsibility of the submitting patient or facility.
